Residential School Warden

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Residential School Warden to oversee the welfare and daily operations of our residential facility for K-12 students. The Warden will be responsible for managing the residential life program, ensuring the safety, well-being, and academic success of all students under their care. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic leader with excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervision & Welfare: Ensure the safety, health, and well-being of all K-12 students in the residential facility.
• Discipline & Behavior Management: Implement and maintain discipline within the residential environment. Encourage positive behavior and respect, following established school policies and procedures
• Management: Respond to emergencies and crises in a calm, effective, and empathetic manner.
• Health & Safety Compliance: Coordinate with the school’s medical staff to address any student health concerns, including medication management and first aid.
• Student Development & Support: Encourage academic discipline, time management, and self-responsibility.

Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.

Experience: Minimum of 2 years’ experience working with children and adolescents, particularly in a residential or boarding school environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
