Residential Sales Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Residential Sales Executive to handle prospective customers, understand their property requirements, explain residential projects, coordinate site visits, and convert potential leads into successful bookings.

The candidate should have strong communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills, along with a target-oriented approach.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle prospective customers through calls, meetings, follow-ups, and site visits.
• Understand customer requirements, budget, and property preferences.
• Explain project details, amenities, specifications, pricing, and payment plans.
• Conduct and coordinate property site visits for potential buyers.
• Follow up with leads regularly to drive sales conversions.
• Handle customer queries, objections, and negotiations professionally.
• Convert qualified leads into property bookings.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth sales and booking process.
• Maintain customer details, follow-ups, and sales records in CRM.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.

Qualification & Experience

• Any Graduate.
• 2–5 years of experience in Sales.
• Prior experience in Real Estate Sales is preferred.
• Experience in residential property sales, property consulting, or direct sales will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
