1. Assess residents’ physical, emotional, and mental health.
2. Monitor and record vital signs regularly.
3. Administer medications as prescribed by physicians.
4. Provide nursing care for chronic and acute conditions.
5. Perform wound care and dressing changes.
6. Assist residents with personal care and daily activities.
7. Develop, implement, and review individual care plans.
8. Observe and report changes in residents’ conditions.
9. Maintain accurate nursing notes and medical records.
10. Ensure infection control and hygiene standards are followed.
11. Coordinate care with doctors and other healthcare professionals.
12. Support residents’ mobility and rehabilitation programs.
13. Provide emotional support and reassurance to residents.
14. Respect residents’ dignity, privacy, and cultural needs.
15. Respond promptly to medical emergencies.
16. Supervise and guide care assistants when required.
17. Promote a safe, clean, and comfortable living environment.
18. Educate residents and families about health and care needs.
19. Ensure compliance with healthcare policies and regulations.
20. Support end-of-life and palliative care when needed.
