Position: Resident Medical Officer (RMO)

Location: Raiganj

Department: Critical Care / IPD / Emergency

Job Role & Responsibilities:

Provide round-the-clock medical supervision to inpatients, including vitals monitoring,medication administration, and clinical updates.

Assist consultants during clinical rounds and procedures.

Handle emergency situations promptly and coordinate with specialists as needed.

Ensure timely documentation in patient files, maintain treatment charts, and assist with discharge summaries.

Communicate effectively with nursing staff, patient relatives, and other departments.

Monitor and update on investigations, lab reports, and escalate abnormal findings to

consultants.

Ensure adherence to hospital protocols, infection control measures, and ethical practices.

Support the hospital in critical interventions and coordinate with ICU/Critical Care team as necessary.

Eligibility Criteria:

MBBS from a recognized university

Valid registration with Medical Council

0 to 8+ years of relevant experience

Freshers may also apply

Candidates with experience in Temporary Pacemaker Insertion and Echocardiography will be given added preference and extra remuneration

Additional Benefit:

Candidates experienced in Temporary Pacemaker Insertion and Echocardiography will

receive an additional ₹25,000/month on top of the applicable salary.

Accommodation will be provided to all the candidates.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹70,000.00 per month
