As a vital member of our dialysis unit, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining dialysis equipment, monitoring patients during dialysis treatments, and providing essential support to patients and healthcare providers Key responsibilities : Ø Dialysis Treatment Delivery: Prepare dialysis equipment, machines, and supplies for patient treatments, ensuring cleanliness, functionality, and readiness according to established protocols and infection control standards. Ø Patient Care and Support: Educate patients and their families about dialysis procedures, treatment plans, dietary restrictions, fluid restrictions, and medication management, providing clear instructions, information, and emotional support. Ø Equipment Maintenance and Quality Assurance: Perform routine maintenance, calibration, and quality control checks on dialysis equipment, machines, and water treatment systems, following manufacturer guidelines and regulatory requirements. Ø Patient Monitoring: Monitor patients’ vital signs, assessment & pre-assessment treatment parameters, document treatment-related information, and communicate effectively with healthcare providers, nurses, and other interdisciplinary team members. Ø Infection Control: Adhere to infection control protocols, standard precautions, and personal protective equipment (PPE) guidelines to prevent healthcare-associated infections (HAIs) and ensure a safe and sterile dialysis environment. To provide comprehensive and high-quality critical care to patients in the Intensive Care Unit, ensuring timely diagnosis, management, and support for critically ill patients. Perform initial assessment and continuous monitoring of ICU patients. Lead the ICU team in daily rounds and treatment planning. Manage ventilators, central lines, dialysis, and other life-support interventions. Ensure accurate documentation and patient records. Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams including surgeons, anesthetists, nurses, and physiotherapists. Provide guidance to junior doctors and nursing staff. Communicate with patient families regarding treatment and prognosis. Ensure infection control and ICU protocols are strictly followed. Handle medical emergencies within the hospital if needed. MBBS BHMS [ HAVING ICU EXPERIENCE ] Excellent clinical judgment and decision-making. Team leadership and communication skills. Knowledge of ICU equipment and procedures.
