Resident Medical Officer (RMO)

As a Residential Medical Officer (RMO) at Kare Partners Group India in Chandigarh, you will be responsible for providing efficient and effective assessment and management of the department's patients following accepted professional guidelines. Your exposure in ICU and Cardiac centers will be crucial in ensuring the best care for the patients. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct regular ward rounds and ward work to facilitate efficient patient flows and meet treatment objectives. - Carry out investigative and treatment procedures within the organization where possible. - Maintain comprehensive and accurate records for all patients seen. - Ensure timely completion of discharge summaries by the team, ideally at the time of discharge or within 24 hours. - Maintain old patient trackers and ensure patient retention. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree preferred. - Minimum of 1 year of total work experience preferred.
