Job description Need Experienced Individual with minimum 3 years exp. with Excellent Computer & Communication skills as Reservation Manager. As Reservation Manager you will be responsible for handling Flight & Hotel reservations. Your primary goal is to ensure all booking requests are processed within the target time. Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree (any specialization) - BCom , BCA,etc. Key responsibilities and accountabilities: 1. Manage end-to-end reservation process 2 Ensuring all the reservations are processed within the provided Estimated Time. 3. Communicating with Clients. 4. Maintain accurate records and documentation for bookings. 5. Handling enquiries and resolving issues related to Flight/Hotel reservation effectively and professionally. Requirements Technical Skills: 1. Computer Proficiency 2. Data Entry and Management 3. Proficiency with specialized software or platform 4. Problem-solving skills 5.
