Researcher Intern

We are seeking a highly motivated and research-driven intern with an M.Tech or Ph.D. background, who has hands-on experience in writing and publishing research papers. The ideal candidate should be deeply familiar with academic writing, publication standards, and journal submission processes, and must already have a Google Scholar profile with published research papers.

This role involves end-to-end execution of research projects — from ideation and literature review to paper drafting, submission, and publication — with a focus on producing high-quality outputs suitable for national and international journals.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive literature reviews and identify emerging or high-impact research problems.
• Design and structure research methodologies aligned with academic and journal standards.
• Write, review, and prepare research papers for submission and publication.
• Ensure successful publication of research in reputed journals and conferences (IEEE, Scopus, Springer, Elsevier, etc.).
• Maintain and regularly update your Google Scholar profile with newly published papers.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align research direction with organizational objectives.
• Track submission progress, maintain project documentation, and ensure version control.
• Uphold the highest standards of academic ethics and integrity in all publications.

Requirements

• M.Tech or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related technical field.
• Must have published at least 1–2 research papers in reputable journals or conferences.
• A valid and active Google Scholar profile displaying published research work.
• Proficiency in academic writing tools like LaTeX, MS Word, and referencing managers (Mendeley, Zotero, EndNote).
• Strong analytical, writing, and research skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently while meeting deadlines and publication requirements.
