About the Role: We are looking for a Research Participant Coordinator who will play a key role in ensuring smooth participant management for our research studies. Job Responsibilities: Coordinating logistics, managing data on Excel/Google Sheets, and working with digital tools like Zoom and DocuSign. Coordinate with our recruiters to gather participant details and keep researchers informed of participant status. Conduct basic backchecks to validate participant information. Maintain accurate records of participant details using Excel/Google Sheets. Assist participants in onboarding to research platforms like Google Meet and Zoom. Ensure all necessary NDAs are signed using digital signature tools like DocuSign. What We’re Looking For: Fluent in English and Hindi (proficiency in both is mandatory). Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to track multiple participants efficiently. Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets and comfortable working with structured data. Tech-savvy and open to learning new digital tools as needed. A proactive communicator who can coordinate seamlessly between recruiters, researchers, and participants.
