What you'll do: Launch, manage, and scale Meta and Google ad campaigns across multiple accounts. Research markets, competitors, and customer behavior to inform targeting, copy, and creative strategy. Diagnose performance issues using metrics like CTR, CPC, CR, LTVnot just ROAS. Work cross-functionally with designers, copywriters, and account managers to align creative and funnel strategy.
