As a Research Associate II - In Vivo at Jubilant Biosys in Bengaluru, you will be responsible for the following key duties: - Read and comprehend various in vivo study protocols. - Possess a strong understanding of different in vivo animal models utilized in the DMPK field. - Handle laboratory animals such as mice, rats, guinea pigs, rabbits, and hamsters. - Perform various in vivo ADME studies including IV and PO studies, as well as excretion studies. - Administer compounds through various routes in rodents (IV, PO, IP, SC, tropical, intravitreal, etc.). Proficiency in conducting IV studies using infusion pumps is essential. - Skilled in rodent cannulations (jugular, carotid, femoral) and conducting experiments in these animals. - Maintain necessary documentation for the animal ethics committee's review. - Conduct basic pre-formulation work for routine PK studies. - Interpret the quality of bioanalytical data accurately. - Analyze data using Phoenix WinNonLin software. - Calculate PK parameters using Excel spreadsheets. - Generate reports in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint formats, and share them with the line manager. - Produce reports in both GLP and non-GLP formats as required.
