Research Analyst (Health Care)

Role Overview: As a Healthcare Operations Analyst, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining expert knowledge on healthcare operations to support Utilization Management and Medical Affairs. You will design and maintain nurse staffing models, create presentations and analytical reports, interpret analytical findings, and provide ad hoc reporting and analytics support based on business needs. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain expert knowledge on healthcare operations including authorizations, claims, and policies. - Design and maintain nurse staffing models for the Utilization Management team. - Create presentations and analytical reports using clinical, survey, or administrative data. - Interpret and summarize analytical findings to deliver clear and actionable insights to stakeholders. - Provide ad hoc reporting and analytics support based on business needs. Qualification Required: - Strong analytical background with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a data-driven or analytical environment. - Advanced SQL and/or R programming skills for data extraction, transformation, and validation. - Proficiency in handling healthcare data such as claims and authorizations. - Experience in building data models and performing quality assurance checks.
