GOOD COMMUNCIATION SKILL & CAN LEAD THE SITE INDEPEDENLTY. CANDIDATE SHALL HAVE QA/QC EXPOSURE & ALL CIVIL RELATED INSPECTION/TESTING KNOWLEDGE + AWARE ABOUT THE CODE REFERENCES.
