The job involves reading blueprints and specifications to understand product requirements and quality standards. You will be operating electronic inspection equipment and software to analyze data and ensure product quality. Using tools like calipers, gauges, and micrometers, you will measure product dimensions and tolerances. Based on your assessments, you will decide whether finished items meet quality standards, and remove any defective products from the production line. Your responsibilities will also include reporting inspection and test data, documenting findings related to weights, temperatures, grades, and moisture content. Collaborating with other departments such as production and engineering teams is crucial to address and resolve quality issues. You will play a key role in developing and enhancing processes to maintain and improve product quality. Additionally, training personnel on quality control procedures and standards will be part of your job. Freshers are encouraged to apply for this role.
