30,000 - 35,000 (based on experience)
Role
The Video Creator / Senior Graphic Designer will be responsible for conceptualizing, scripting, and producing high-quality videos and design assets for fundraising, events, campaigns, donor presentations, and social media.This role requires ahighly creative individual
who can think strategically, understand SSF's mission deeply, and help craft compelling visual stories that move people to action.You will work closely with leadership and marketing teams and will play a key role in shaping SSF's brand and communication.What You'll Do
Video Creation & Editing- Script, storyboard, and create scholar stories, fundraising videos, and event films
- Edit videos using raw footage, photos, interviews, music
- Develop short-form reels and long-form narrative videos for campaigns
- Understand emotional storytelling and build strong impact content
Graphic Design & Branding- Create posters, fundraising creatives, brochures, event graphics
- Build high-quality pitch decks, donor presentations, and visual reports
- Maintain SSF's brand style across all platforms and materials
Creative Strategy & Support- Ideate concepts for events, campaigns, and storytelling initiatives
- Collaborate with marketing and leadership to plan communication strategy
- Support fundraising events with video scripts, visuals, and decks
- Take ownership of creative direction for key initiatives
Your Experience
You are a results-driven creative professional with hands-on experience in:- Video editing (36 years preferred)
- Graphic design and brand communication
- Storyboarding, scripting, and concept creation
- Designing high-quality decks and campaign material
- Creating emotional and mission-driven video content
- You bring curiosity, empathy, and an eye for detail. You take initiative, enjoy collaboration, and can convert ideas into impactful visuals.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any field (design/media preferred but not mandatory)
- 36 years of experience in video editing + graphic design
- Strong proficiency in:
Premiere Pro / Final Cut / DaVinci, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva / Figma
- Strong storytelling and scripting skills
- Ability to think creatively and ideate independently
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Detail-oriented with a sense of ownership
- Own laptop/system with stable internet
- Comfortable with occasional evening meetings (710 PM IST - incuded in the 8 hours a day) and weekend work during events
