We are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team.As a Customer Service Representative for our court reporting services, you will be the first point of contact for clients reaching out via email and phone. Your role will be critical in providing excellent customer service, resolving queries, and ensuring smooth communication. This is a remote position, and the successful candidate will be responsible for managing inquiries related to our legal services, maintaining client relationships, provide technical support and offering solutions in a fast-paced environment. Role & responsibilities Client Communication: Handle inbound calls and emails from clients and prospects in a professional and timely manner. Also provide technical support in live deposition. Query Resolution: Provide accurate information, address client inquiries, and resolve issues related to court reporting services, appointments, and transcripts.Support & Coordination: Coordinate with internal teams, including court reporters, legal professionals, and administration, to ensure timely delivery of services.Documentation & Records: Accurately log client interactions and maintain detailed records of inquiries, issues, and resolutions.Customer Retention: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by offering solutions and ensuring an outstanding customer experience.Escalation Handling: Address escalated issues with a focus on resolution and client satisfaction Preferred candidate profile Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in international customer service, particularly in a voice process role (Voice process).Industry Knowledge: Prior experience in the legal or court reporting industry is a plus but not mandatory.Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex topics in a clear and concise manner.Time Management: Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment while ensuring high-quality customer interactions.Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to resolve issues quickly and professionally.Tech Savvy: Familiarity with customer service platforms, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.Location: Based in Mumbai, with access to a stable internet connection and a dedicated workspace for remote work.Availability: Must be available for a fixed shift from 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM IST, Monday to Friday, with Saturday and Sunday off. Preferred Qualifications:Language Proficiency: Fluent in English.Customer-Centric Mindset: Demonstrates a passion for delivering excellent service and building long-term client relationships.Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail, especially in handling sensitive legal-related information.
