Key Responsibilities Assist in designing game concepts, core loops, mechanics, rewards, and difficulty progression for balance and motor‑cognitive training modules used in rehab devices. Create and maintain clear game design documents, including gameplay specs, level flows, scoring systems, and UX notes for the development team. Help design levels, scenarios, and challenges that align with therapeutic goals such as balance training, weight shifting, and postural control.
