You have more than 7 years of experience working with Reltio MDM in a professional setting. You are expected to have a strong understanding of Master Data Management principles and concepts. Your responsibilities will include designing, configuring, and managing the Reltio Data Model, including match & merge rules, survivorship rules, and validation rules. You will also be managing Reference Data Management (RDM), User management, UI config, handling lifecycle actions, and workflow. Developing and optimizing data loading/exporting processes into/from Reltio will be part of your role. Additionally, you will work with Reltio Integration Hub to ensure seamless data integration. A strong proficiency in SQL for data manipulation and querying is required. Knowledge of Java/Python or any programming scripting language for data processing and automation is necessary. Familiarity with Data Modeling concepts and understanding of MDM workflow configurations and role-based data governance are expected from you. Your soft skills should include excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail. You should have a strong ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Proven ability to work independently and collaborate in a fast-paced environment would be an advantage for this role. This is a full-time position that requires you to work in person.
