What you will be doing;

• RTE embraces the Scaled Agile & Lean Agile Frameworks - teach their teams, leaders and scrum masters about the combination of Lean and Agile management practices and ideologies
• Release Train Budgeting - Help teams with feature estimation and the aggregation of estimates for larger pieces of work such as capabilities and epics
• Maintain positive employee and team experiences, create an environment that facilitates positive team health as well as provide guidance and management to all workers to ensure goals are met
• PI planning to optimize the flow of work, deliver incremental value in the form of working software and systems that have been properly tested
• Remove impediments which are outside of scrum master’s control (or escalating when needed). Manage assumptions & dependencies between various Release Trains.
• Create and communicate the annual calendars for iterations and PIs; facilitate PI planning and readiness; and summarize the PI objectives and publish them to provide visibility and transparency
• Negotiated to achieve an agreement that is palatable to all parties involved
• Facilitate the System Demos to showcase the ARTs integrated work
• ART Sync – A regular meeting with the product manager, products owners and scrum masters in the agile release train
• Facilitate Product Owner Sync meeting to align dependencies
• Inspect and adapt workshop – A demonstration of the entire PI, followed by a problem-solving workshop to identify process improvements for the next PI
• Inspect & Adapt - Create retrospective improvement roadmaps by analyzing all activities and actions that have previously been performed and finding ways to improve each process

Qualifications

What you will bring to the role;

To be successful in this role you should have proven experience within the Technology sector with knowledge of the following skills:

• Demonstrable experience in an end-to-end IT project management role and able to evidence successful delivery of multiple projects / initiatives
• Proven track record of IT delivery using Agile and / or DevOps methodology within a Digital environment
