What Youll Do:
• Facilitate PI Planning, Scrum of Scrums, ART Syncs, and more
• Lead Agile Release Trains for Telecom OSS/BSS, 5G, and B2B network virtualization initiatives
• Align Agile teams, architects, and product owners across multi-POD delivery
• Drive DevSecOps, CI/CD, and Lean Portfolio Management
• Collaborate with global teams across India, Australia, and the Philippines
What You Bring:
• 8+ years of experience in Agile/DevOps delivery, with 2+ years as an RTE
• Strong Telecom B2B domain knowledge (OSS/BSS, 5G, CX platforms)
• Hands-on with SAFe, Scrum, Jira, Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitLab
• Cloud fluency (AWS, Azure, GCP)
Certifications: SAFe RTE/SPC, PMI-ACP, or equivalent preferred
