Role Overview: As a Release Manager, you will play a crucial role in coordinating multiple teams to ensure successful deployment of projects within the specified timeframe. Your focus will be on managing day-to-day changes, facilitating Go-Live activities, and making improvements in the release process and documentations. Your in-depth knowledge of agile methodologies and experience with build and release management tools will be key in ensuring smooth release cycles. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with various teams involved in the software development process to ensure changes and releases are executed according to schedule - Lead efforts to streamline the release process and documentation - Schedule, coordinate, and manage releases for multiple applications within the organization - Facilitate Go-Live activities and oversee deployment plans and checklists - Participate in CAB meetings to discuss release scope and address any blockers - Utilize tools like Jenkins, Azure DevOps Pipelines, Microsoft SharePoint, and JIRA for build and release management - Demonstrate strong knowledge of web and mobile applications Qualifications Required: - Excellent communication skills to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams - Experience with CI/CD processes and tools such as Jenkins and Azure DevOps Pipelines - Proficiency in Microsoft SharePoint, Microsoft Excel, ADO Boards, Remedy, ServiceNow, Azure Dev Ops Pipelines, JIRA, and Wiki - Strong leadership, problem-solving, and analytical skills - Ability to resolve impediments, manage risks, and drive continuous improvement at the program level - Familiarity with agile methodologies like SCRUM or ITIL - Advanced written and verbal communication skills Company Details: You will be joining a company that has been at the forefront of powering Digital Experiences for Fortune 500 companies for the past 20 years.
