Job Summary As an Assistant Relationship Officer in the Loan Sales division, you will play a pivotal role in driving loan product sales, building and maintaining client relationships, and ensuring a seamless loan application process. This role demands proactive engagement with potential clients, understanding their financial needs, and offering suitable loan solutions. Key Responsibilities Client Acquisition: Identify and approach potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, referrals, and field visits. Needs Assessment: Engage with clients to understand their financial requirements and recommend appropriate loan products. Loan Processing: Assist clients in completing loan applications, ensuring all necessary documentation is collected and verified. Relationship Management: Maintain ongoing communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and foster long-term relationships. Target Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management. Market Intelligence: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes to provide informed advice to clients. Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports on sales activities, client interactions, and market feedback to the Sales Manager. Qualifications Education: Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field. Experience: 1-2 years of experience in loan sales or financial services is preferred. Fresh graduates with a keen interest in sales may also apply. Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to understand and explain financial products. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Additional Requirements Language Proficiency: Fluency in Hindi and English. Mobility: Willingness to travel within the Noida region for client meetings and fieldwork. Age Limit: 21 to 30 years. Compensation Salary: Competitive base salary with performance-based incentives.
