Relationship Manager Working Capital - ECG (Mid Corporates)

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Relationship Manager Working Capital to join our Mid Corporates team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of mid-corporate clients, providing comprehensive working capital solutions, and driving business development initiatives. This role requires a deep understanding of corporate finance, trade finance, and credit risk management, coupled with exceptional relationship-building and sales skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow a portfolio of mid-corporate clients, focusing on their working capital requirements.
• Identify and acquire new mid-corporate clients through proactive business development and networking.
• Conduct thorough financial analysis and credit appraisal to assess client needs and propose suitable working capital facilities such as cash credit, overdraft, trade finance, bill discounting, supply chain finance, and other short-term financing solutions.
• Structure and negotiate complex working capital deals, ensuring profitability and adherence to credit policies and regulatory guidelines.
• Deepen existing client relationships by understanding their evolving financial needs and cross-selling other banking products and services.
• Monitor portfolio performance, manage credit risk, and ensure timely renewals and recoveries.
• Stay abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes impacting the mid-corporate segment and working capital products.
• Prepare detailed credit proposals, presentations, and reports for internal stakeholders and clients.
• Collaborate effectively with internal teams including Credit, Operations, and Product Development to deliver seamless client service.
• Ensure compliance with all internal policies, external regulations, and ethical standards.
