Job Description

We are hiring Relationship Managers for a leading stock broking and financial services company.

The role involves client acquisition, relationship management, revenue generation, brokerage generation, and cross-selling of financial products.

Key Responsibilities

• Acquire new clients through calls, referrals, networking, and other business development activities.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients.
• Generate brokerage and achieve assigned revenue and sales targets.
• Open and activate Demat and Trading accounts.
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable financial products.
• Cross-sell investment products such as Equity, Mutual Funds, Insurance, and other financial services.
• Maintain regular communication with clients and identify additional business opportunities.
• Ensure quality client servicing and timely resolution of client queries.

Eligibility

• Graduate or Post-Graduate in any discipline.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in the Stock Broking Industry or relevant Financial Services domain.
• Experience in client acquisition, relationship management, sales, or brokerage generation.
• Good understanding of financial markets and investment products.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work towards sales and revenue targets.
