Reporting to: Sales Manager / Sales Head.

Weekly Off: 1 Fixed Off per Week

Job Overview:

As a Sales Relationship Manager, you will be the driving force behind our growth by serving as the face of Educube for prospective students, parents, and members. This role focuses on handling inquiries, pitching our programs, converting leads into enrollments, and nurturing long-term relationships to ensure high retention. You will be responsible for meeting enrollment targets while providing an exceptional counseling experience that aligns with Educube’s vision.

Key Responsibilities:

· Lead Conversion & Admissions: Handle walk-in, telephonic, and online inquiries. Counsel prospective students/parents, pitch the right courses/memberships, and successfully close admissions.

· Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales, enrollment, and revenue targets.

· Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, ongoing relationships with existing members and students to encourage renewals, cross-selling, and word-of-mouth referrals.

· Follow-up & Pipeline Management: Conduct systematic follow-ups with warm and cold leads via calls and emails, ensuring a healthy sales pipeline.

· CRM & Data Tracking: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all leads, interactions, and sales progress using MS Excel, Google Sheets, or internal CRM systems.

· Market Outreach: Assist in local promotional activities, outreach campaigns, and community engagement to generate fresh leads.

· Reporting: Prepare and present daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports on lead generation, conversion rates, and sales metrics to management.

· Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with the admin and marketing teams to ensure smooth onboarding for new students and consistent messaging across all channels.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

· Qualifications: Graduate in any stream (Business, Marketing, or related fields preferred).

· Experience: 1 to 3+ years of relevant experience in sales, business development, counseling, or relationship management (experience in educational institutions, ed-tech, academies, or creative studios is a huge plus).

· Sales Acumen: Proven ability to persuade, negotiate, and close deals with a strong target-driven mindset.

· Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, counseling, and active listening skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi (preferred).

· Technical Proficiency: Comfortable with CRM tools, MS Excel, Google Sheets, and basic computer systems.
