Job Requirements Role/ Job Title: Relationship Manager-KCC Function/ Department: Retail Banking Job Purpose IDFC FIRST Bank is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Relationship Manager-KCC to join our team at Rajasthan. As a Relationship Manager-KCC, you will be responsible for managing and growing our relationships with farmers and agri-businesses in the rural areas. Key Responsibilities Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers in the Agri sector.Understand the financial needs of farmers and agri-businesses and provide them with suitable financial solutions.Achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of the Agri portfolio.Conduct market research and identify potential customers in the rural areas.Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient delivery of services to customers.Keep up to date with market trends and competitors' activities to identify new business opportunities.Provide excellent customer service and resolve any customer complaints or issues in a timely manner.Ensure compliance with all bank policies and regulations. Education Qualification Graduation: BA / BCom / BBA / BSc / BTech / BE or any other graduate. Experience 5-10 years.
