Relationship Manager -General Insurance

We are hiring Relationship Manager for General Insurance Broking Agency.

• Generate new business through Field Sales (FOS) activities.
• Identify and acquire new customers through direct sales, references, and market visits.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and channel partners.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable General Insurance products.
• Handle products such as Motor, Health, SME, Corporate & Commercial Insurance.
• Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and revenue objectives.
• Coordinate with the internal operations and underwriting teams for policy issuance and renewals.
• Generate leads, conduct follow-ups, and convert prospects into business.
• Ensure timely renewal of existing policies and identify cross-selling opportunities.
• Maintain regular sales reports and customer records.
• Graduate in any discipline.
• 1–4 years of experience in General Insurance / Insurance Broking
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
• Target-oriented with good market knowledge.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
