Relationship Manager for Real Estate Firm- 3-5 Yrs Exp

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Relationship Manager to manage client relationships, drive property sales, and ensure an excellent customer experience across our residential and commercial real estate projects.

Key Responsibilities

· Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.

· Handle client inquiries and understand their property requirements.

· Present suitable residential and commercial property options to clients.

· Arrange and conduct property site visits and project presentations.

· Follow up with leads and convert prospects into customers.

· Negotiate pricing and terms with clients to close property deals.

· Coordinate with sales, marketing, and documentation teams.

· Maintain client databases, sales reports, and follow-up records.

· Provide timely updates to clients regarding project details, pricing, and availability.

· Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain high customer satisfaction.

Requirements

· Graduate in any discipline; a relevant business or marketing qualification is preferred.

· 3–5 years of experience in real estate sales or relationship management is mandatory.

· Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.

· Strong client-handling, negotiation, and sales skills.

· Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, email, and CRM software.

· Ability to manage multiple clients and achieve sales targets.

· Professional attitude, confidence, and a customer-focused approach

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
