Role & responsibilities Mutual Funds & Investment Products: Strong knowledge of mutual funds, portfolio management services (PMS), alternative investment funds (AIFs), and structured products . Sales & Business Development: Ability to acquire and grow retail client portfolios , cross-sell financial products, and meet sales targets. Client Relationship Management: Proven experience in managing and growing client relationships , understanding investment needs, and offering suitable solutions. Channel & Distribution Management: Experience in handling distributors, IFAs, RIAs (Registered Investment Advisors), and banking partners . Regulatory Knowledge: Understanding of SEBI regulations, KYC norms, and financial compliance . MIS & Reporting: Proficiency in tracking sales performance, preparing reports, and using CRM tools. Preferred candidate profile Hands-on experience with HNI/UHNI clients, distributors, IFAs (Independent Financial Advisors), and banking partners . 2 Year Experience in retail sales, wealth management, mutual funds, or asset management . Prior experience in mutual fund distribution, investment sales, or financial advisory is a must. Strong communication & presentation skills.
