As a Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with small and medium-sized businesses in the local market. This is a full-time position within our Retail Banking division, specifically in the Business Lending department. Key Responsibilities Actively identify and acquire new business customers through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and referrals Build and maintain strong relationships with existing business customers to ensure customer satisfaction and retention Understand the financial needs of business customers and provide appropriate solutions and products to meet their needs Conduct regular reviews of customer accounts to identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling Collaborate with internal teams such as credit, operations, and product to ensure timely and efficient delivery of services to customers Stay updated on market trends and competition to identify potential business opportunities and risks Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the Business Lending portfolio Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field Minimum of 3 years of experience in business banking or sales, preferably in the financial services industry Strong understanding of business banking products and services Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and internal stakeholders Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software Willingness to travel within the local market as needed We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, as well as opportunities for career growth and development within our organization.
