We are looking for confident, energetic, and customer-focused Relationship Executives to join our Banking and Financial Services team. The role involves connecting with prospective customers, understanding their financial requirements, promoting suitable loan products, and assisting customers throughout the loan application process.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-oriented approach, and the ability to generate leads, build customer relationships, and achieve assigned sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Outbound Calling: Make outbound calls to prospective customers and promote suitable loan products.
• Lead Generation: Identify potential customers, generate leads, and work towards assigned sales targets.
• Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with customers through regular communication and follow-ups.
• Product Explanation: Explain loan features, interest rates, repayment terms, eligibility criteria, and application procedures accurately.
• Customer Requirement Analysis: Understand customers' financial needs and recommend appropriate loan products.
• Loan Application Support: Assist customers with loan applications, documentation, and follow-up procedures.
• Database Management: Maintain customer databases and update call records, lead details, and interaction history.
• Customer Support: Handle customer queries, concerns, and requests professionally.
• Team Coordination: Coordinate with loan officers and internal teams to facilitate application processing.
• Sales and Target Achievement: Work towards monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.

• Technical Skills: Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with customer records or CRM systems are preferred.
• Sales Orientation: Willingness to make outbound calls, generate leads, and achieve assigned targets.

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
