Role Overview We are seeking a proactive and detail-driven Production cum Merchandiser to manage end-to-end production workflows—from sample development to order fulfilment. The role demands strong coordination between suppliers, artisans/vendors, sampling teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely, cost-effective and quality production. Key Responsibilities Production Management Plan, schedule and monitor production activities to meet delivery timelines. Coordinate with artisans, factories, and vendors for raw material sourcing, sampling and manufacturing. Maintain production calendars, daily follow-ups and status updates. Oversee quality checks at different stages and ensure adherence to specifications. Track inventory of raw materials, trims and finished goods. Merchandising Assist with sample development based on buyer/brand requirements. Prepare and share tech packs, costing sheets and BOMs. Handle PO management, approvals and delivery schedules. Maintain clear documentation — order sheets, vendor lists, packaging instructions etc. Ensure packaging and branding guidelines are followed for dispatch. Vendor Coordination & Communication Build and maintain strong relationships with artisans, suppliers and logistics partners. Negotiate pricing, lead times and MOQs while balancing cost and quality. Resolve production-related challenges proactively. Logistics & Dispatch Coordinate with warehouse/logistics for shipping, quality checks, packing and dispatch. Track shipments and ensure accurate fulfilment of orders.
