Role & responsibilities 1. Regulatory Liaison: Prepare, compile, and submit applications and other critical documents to various government departments and regulatory bodies. 2. Diligently follow up with authorities to track the status of permits, licenses, and approvals. 3. Maintain a systematic record of all regulatory filings and correspondence. 4. External Partner Coordination: Act as a primary point of contact for project and land aggregators. Coordinate the collection of necessary documentation and information from external partners. Schedule meetings and facilitate communication between aggregators and the senior development team. 5. Documentation and Reporting: Organize and maintain all project-related files, documents, and records. Prepare and update regular status reports (MIS) for senior management on project development activities. Travel and Field Support: Travel as required to government offices and project sites for submissions, follow-ups, and to provide on-ground support. Preferred candidate profile Qualifications and Experience: Education: A Bachelor's degree in any discipline and a Masters in Business Administration. Experience: 1 to 2 years of work experience in an administrative, coordination, or liaison- focused position of renewable energies. The knowledge of the regulatory frame work in respect of renewable energies in India would be needed. Required Skills and Competencies: Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Telugu. Proficiency in Hindi and other Indian languages will be a plus. Organizational Skills: Meticulous, detail-oriented, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and track deadlines effectively. Interpersonal Skills: A professional and persistent approach to follow-ups and relationship building. IT Proficiency: Comfortable using MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Attitude: Proactive, eager to learn, and willing to take initiative. Travel: Must be willing and able to travel extensively as per job requirements.
