Registered Staff Nurse

We are looking for a compassionate Staff Nurse to provide direct patient care, assist in medical procedures, and ensure a safe and clean environment for patients. The Staff Nurse will work collaboratively with doctors and healthcare teams to deliver high-quality care to patients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and monitoring vital signs.
• Assist in medical procedures and treatments as directed by doctors and senior nursing staff.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and medical documentation.
• Educate patients and families on healthcare practices, discharge instructions, and follow-up care.
• Ensure patient comfort, safety, and hygiene at all times.
• Monitor patient conditions and report any changes to doctors and supervisors.
• Participate in the handover process between shifts to ensure continuous care.
• Follow hospital policies and maintain infection control standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BScN) or equivalent.
• Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid nursing license.
• Fresh graduates or experienced nurses are welcome to apply.
• Good clinical and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Compassionate, detail-oriented, and patient-focused.
