WE ARE HIRING – REGIONAL SALES MANAGER (RSM)

Company: RAM Antivirus Pvt. Ltd.
Position: Regional Sales Manager (RSM)
Experience: 3–4 Years
Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹50,000 per month (depending on experience and skills)

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
• Manage and expand distributor, dealer, and channel partner networks.
• Drive sales of RAM Antivirus products, including Antivirus, Internet Security, and Total Security.
• Identify new business opportunities and develop strong relationships with dealers and distributors.
• Lead, guide, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
• Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and ensure consistent business growth.
• Conduct market visits and implement effective sales and marketing activities.

Key Requirements

• 3–4 years of proven experience in sales and business development.
• Strong knowledge of sales, target achievement, and channel partner development is a must.
• Experience in antivirus, IT software, cybersecurity, or related product sales will be preferred.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and team management skills.
• Ability to achieve sales targets and expand the company's market presence.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned region.
