We are looking for professionals with strong experience in 𝐋𝐀𝐏 / 𝐦𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐠𝐚𝐠𝐞 𝐬𝐚𝐥𝐞𝐬, have handled 𝐃𝐒𝐀/𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐧𝐞𝐥 𝐧𝐞𝐭𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐭𝐞𝐚𝐦 𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭. The role offers a great platform to scale business in your region with strong earning potential and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive

  LAP sales

  through

  direct channels, DSAs, and connectors

• Build and manage a robust pipeline for secured lending products
• Lead, coach, and track performance of the sales team
• Develop strong relationships with clients, builders, and financial intermediaries
• Ensure adherence to credit policies and regulatory guidelines
• Consistently achieve monthly & quarterly sales targets

Key Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in

  LAP / mortgage sales

• Strong network of

  DSAs

  and channel partners
• Solid understanding of property valuation & credit processes
• Proven track record of achieving/exceeding targets
• Strong communication, negotiation & leadership skills

Preferred Background:

• Experience with NBFCs, Banks, or Housing Finance Companies

• Strong local market knowledge with an existing client base
