Regional Sales Manager For Medical Devices Industry

Key Responsibilities -

• Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve assigned sales targets and revenue objectives.
• Manage and expand business across Haryana, Punjab, and Himachal Pradesh.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, healthcare institutions, distributors, dealers, and other key stakeholders.
• Promote and sell medical devices and healthcare equipment, including Oxygen Concentrators, BiPAP, CPAP, ECG devices, and related products.
• Identify new business opportunities, potential customers, and untapped markets within the assigned territory.
• Manage distributor and dealer networks to ensure effective product availability and market coverage.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and customer requirements.
• Lead, guide, and motivate the regional sales team to achieve individual and regional targets.
• Conduct regular market visits and review sales performance, customer feedback, and business development activities.
• Prepare sales forecasts, periodic reports, and territory-wise performance analyses.
• Ensure timely collection of outstanding payments and maintain healthy customer relationships.

Required Qualifications & Skills -

• Graduate in any discipline; an MBA in Sales or Marketing will be an added advantage.
• 5–7 years of relevant experience in the medical devices, medical equipment, or healthcare industry is mandatory.
• Strong understanding of hospital sales, distribution channels, and healthcare market dynamics.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and expanding regional business.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage a regional sales team and develop long-term customer relationships.
• Willingness to travel extensively across the assigned territories.
