JOB PURPOSE
The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for developing EFFCO's business within the assigned geographical territory.
The role involves identifying potential customers, promoting advanced industrial coating technologies, building relationships with OEMs and manufacturers, supporting technical product qualification and converting business opportunities into sustainable sales.
Candidates should possess a strong understanding of industrial coating applications and proven experience in technical B2B sales.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Sales & Business Development
-
Develop new business across the assigned regional industrial market.

Identify prospective OEMs, fastener manufacturers, coating applicators and industrial customers.

Generate qualified leads, develop sales pipelines and achieve agreed sales targets.

Build long-term customer relationships and expand EFFCO's regional market presence.
2. Technical Sales & Product Promotion
-
Promote zinc lamellar, zinc flake, industrial protective and functional coating technologies.
-
Understand customer coating requirements, technical specifications and application challenges.
-
Coordinate technical presentations, coating trials, sample evaluations and customer approvals with EFFCO's technical team.

Support technical-commercial proposals, negotiations and customer conversion.
3. OEM & Key Account Development
-
Establish relationships with automotive OEMs, Tier-1 and Tier-2 suppliers, fastener manufacturers, industrial equipment companies and engineering industries.

Engage with customer engineering, quality, production and procurement teams.
-
Identify opportunities for new coating specifications and long-term customer adoption.
4. Market Development & Reporting

Monitor regional market opportunities, competitor technologies and industry developments.
-
Identify suitable coating application partners and industrial distributors.
-
Maintain sales forecasts, customer visit reports and opportunity pipelines.
-
Coordinate with internal technical, manufacturing and commercial teams.
TECHNICAL EXPERIENCE PREFERRED
Candidates should have relevant experience in one or more of the following areas:

C5 / CX Corrosion Protection Applications

Automotive Coating Specifications & Quality Systems

Salt Spray Testing, Corrosion Testing & Coating Performance Evaluation
Experience in industrial paints, surface finishing, zinc lamellar coatings, fastener manufacturing or corrosion protection will be a strong advantage.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
Experience:
Educational Qualifications (Preferred):

Degree / Diploma in Paint Technology or Surface Coating Technology

B.E. / B.Tech in Chemical, Mechanical or Metallurgical Engineering

Materials Science, Chemistry or related technical disciplines
Candidates with equivalent qualifications and significant relevant industry experience may also be considered.
Essential Skills:

Proven experience in technical B2B sales and new customer acquisition.

Established relationships with industrial manufacturers, OEMs, coating applicators or fastener companies.

Strong communication, negotiation and technical presentation skills.
-
Ability to understand industrial specifications and coordinate coating trials.

Independent territory management and customer relationship development.

Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.

Ability to work toward defined sales and business development targets.
For UAE positions, existing experience and customer connections within the UAE or wider GCC industrial market will be preferred.
