Key Responsibilities:

• Build and manage strong relationships with existing and potential high-net-worth clients.
• Oversee the sales team and ensure execution of sales strategies set by leadership.
• Develop innovative sales approaches to drive revenue and customer engagement.
• Handle pre-sales and post-sales processes to ensure a seamless client experience.
• Conduct meetings, follow-ups, and negotiations with clients and partners.
• Collaborate with channel partners and onboard new agents to expand market reach.
• Coordinate with top management on sales budgets, targets, and reporting.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and maintain sales-related data and reports.
• Stay updated on all project details and occasionally conduct on-site presentations.
• Gather market insights and contribute to sales strategy and planning.

Key Requirement:

Education:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field

Technical Skills:

• 8+ years of experience in luxury real estate or high-value sales roles
• Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and reporting skills
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint

Personal traits:

• High drive to achieve targets, with a strong understanding of the luxury buyer mindset
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams
• Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively
