You will be a part of the digital commerce leadership team at Decathlon, focusing on demand-side management, customer experience, and rapid commerce. Your role as a dynamic Digital Program Leader will involve driving digital transformation initiatives, optimizing digital stock planning, regional instock, and OOS forecasting. Leveraging analytics for data-driven decisions, you will collaborate with stakeholders across technology, product, and supply chain to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. As a Program Manager, you will collaborate across various teams and functions, setting charters and processes to ensure the program is activated within deadlines with the right metrics and running efficiently. Your responsibilities will include identifying key programs, conducting market research, and competitor analysis to differentiate and position the company in the market. Proactively forecasting business needs, ensuring right inventory availability, and collaborating with Digital Category Business Teams and Supply & Logistics teams for operational efficiencies will be crucial. Qualifications for this role include a Master's degree, 4-6 years of demonstrated expertise in program management (preferably in D2C or ecommerce sector), proficient analytical skills, knowledge in programming languages like Python & SQL, and outstanding communication skills.
