Job Title: Regional Field Sales Manager
About Lokaci
Lokaci is a fast-growing company dedicated to empowering salons across India. We provide skilled manpower to salons Pan India, offer our in-house CRM software Lokaci Pro for salon management, and run our own job application platform where salon professionals can apply for jobs and connect with employers.
Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Regional Field Sales Manager who will visit salons in assigned areas, introduce Lokaci’s services, and onboard new salon partners. The ideal candidate should be confident, persuasive, and comfortable with fieldwork.
Key Responsibilities
● Visit salons daily in assigned territories.● Demonstrate and promote Lokaci Pro, our CRM software designed for salon management.● Generate leads and convert salons into active clients.● Build and maintain strong relationships with salon owners and managers.● Meet monthly sales targets and report daily activities to the sales manager.
Requirements
● Strong communication and negotiation skills.● Comfortable with traveling locally and meeting clients face-to-face.● Basic understanding of CRM software (training will be provided).● Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset.
