The job involves collecting the manpower requirement from the team while also preparing the Role Clarity Document for the employees. You will be responsible for sourcing suitable candidates for open positions from multiple channels such as placement agencies, online portals, and referrals. Conducting the initial round of interviews to determine the candidate's suitability for the position will be part of your duties. Additionally, you will arrange the second round of interviews with the relevant manager and communicate the interview results to the candidates. Sending out offer letters to the selected candidates will also be a key task. This is a full-time position that offers health insurance benefits and a yearly bonus. The work schedule is during the day shift, and proficiency in English is preferred for this role. The work location is in person. ,
