Role Overview:
We’re looking for a Reels Creator & Community Builder who can produce engaging short-form videos and actively nurture our online audience. If you’re both creative and people-focused, this is your opportunity to create content that connects and builds loyal followers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality Instagram Reels that reflect brand voice.
• Stay updated on content trends, audio, and formats to boost reach.
• Actively engage with followers through comments, stories, and DMs.
• Build a sense of community by initiating conversations and responding to audience feedback.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with growth goals.
• Track engagement and adjust strategies to improve performance.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 6 months of experience in content creation or community management.
• Strong video editing and storytelling skills.
• Excellent written and interpersonal communication.
• Deep understanding of Instagram culture, trends, and audience behavior.
• Creative thinker with an interest in branding and audience growth.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
