As a part of the team at TSI, you will be responsible for various key tasks within the recruitment and onboarding process. Your duties will include supporting the onboarding process by handling documentation, coordinating inductions, and facilitating joining formalities for new employees. Ensuring a smooth transition for new hires will be a crucial aspect of your role. In addition, you will be tasked with maintaining candidate information accurately in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). This will require meticulous attention to detail to ensure that all data is recorded correctly and up to date. You will play a vital role in ensuring the integrity of the recruitment data. Another important responsibility will be to coordinate background verifications and other pre-employment checks. Your ability to manage these processes efficiently and effectively will contribute to the successful onboarding of new employees. Furthermore, you will be involved in preparing recruitment-related reports and metrics. Your contribution in this area will help in tracking and analyzing recruitment data, providing valuable insights to the recruitment team and management.
