Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Recruitment Executive to join our recruitment team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to coordinate effectively with internal stakeholders and hiring managers.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment activities across various job profiles.
• Source and screen candidates through job portals such as Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms.
• Understand hiring requirements from internal stakeholders and hiring managers.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to understand job descriptions, candidate expectations, salary budgets and hiring timelines.
• Shortlist suitable candidates and conduct initial screening and evaluation.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment cycle until successful onboarding.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases and daily hiring reports.
• Ensure timely closure of assigned positions.

Required Skills & Experience

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in recruitment / talent acquisition.
• Good working knowledge of Naukri, Indeed and LinkedIn for candidate sourcing.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills.
• Ability to understand hiring requirements and work on multiple positions simultaneously.
• Good negotiation and candidate management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and recruitment tracking.

Preferred Candidates

• Candidates residing in or around Marol, Andheri East, Sakinaka, Chakala and nearby locations will be preferred.
• Candidates who can join immediately will be given preference.
• Only immediate joiners with 3–5 years of relevant recruitment experience should apply.
