Recruitment Assistant

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Recruitment Assistant to join our team. This role is ideal for freshers or candidates with up to 6 months of recruitment experience who are eager to learn and grow in the maritime recruitment domain.

As a Recruitment Assistant, you will play a key role in sourcing, engaging, and building a pool of qualified seafarers through various platforms, while also supporting the documentation process.

Key Responsibilities

• Source seafarers through Cewmatch, Seajobs, and other recruitment platforms.
• Make outbound calls to potential candidates and build a strong pool of seafarers.
• Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to selection.
• Maintain and update candidate databases regularly.
• Support in document verification and management of seafarer records.
• Coordinate with the recruitment team to ensure smooth and timely onboarding.
• Provide administrative support for recruitment and documentation activities.

Requirements

• Fresher or up to 6 months of recruitment experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Eagerness to learn, adapt, and grow.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
