Role & responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for Electrical, Mechanical, and other technical positions.
  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and networking.
  • Screen resumes and conduct preliminary interviews to assess technical and behavioral fit.
  • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and technical panels.
  • Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
  • Negotiate salary packages and facilitate offer rollouts.
  • Ensure timely closure of vacancies as per hiring timelines.
  • Build a strong pipeline of technical talent for future requirements.
