Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Executive

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Source and attract top talent through various channels such as social media, job boards, employee referrals, etc.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Conduct initial screenings of resumes and cover letters to identify potential candidates who meet the job description's qualifications.
• Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers using tools like Naukri Portal or other scheduling software.

Job Requirements :

• 1-4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or related field (Recruitment).
• Strong understanding of interview coordination processes and ability to manage multiple stakeholders simultaneously.
• Proficiency in using online platforms for sourcing candidates (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter) and scheduling interviews.
