Recruiter/ Sr. Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for IT and/or Non-IT from requirement intake to offer rollout and joining.
• Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand job requirements, hiring priorities, candidate expectations, and business needs.
• Participate in requirement briefing discussions to clarify role specifications, skills, experience, and selection criteria.
• Source, identify, and attract qualified candidates through job portals, professional networks, referrals, databases, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments to evaluate skills, experience, suitability, and interest.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams, ensuring timely feedback and a smooth interview process.
• Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process to ensure engagement and minimize dropouts.
• Manage multiple open positions simultaneously while meeting agreed turnaround times (TATs), service-level agreements (SLAs), and hiring targets.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and upcoming requirements.
• Follow up with hiring managers for interview feedback, selection decisions, and offer approvals.
• Coordinate offer discussions, compensation alignment, notice-period negotiations, and joining formalities.
• Track recruitment metrics, including submissions, interview ratios, offer-to-join ratios, closures, and TAT.
• Maintain accurate candidate records, recruitment trackers, and applicant information in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Identify hiring challenges, market trends, and sourcing gaps, and recommend suitable solutions to improve recruitment outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with Hiring Manager's specific recruitment processes, internal policies, and data confidentiality requirements.

Required Skills & Competencies

• 4-9 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or talent acquisition, preferably in a staffing or recruitment services organization.
• Experience handling IT and/or Non-IT hiring requirements.
• Prior experience interacting directly with hiring managers and stakeholders is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment, sourcing strategies, candidate screening, interview coordination, and offer management.
• Proficiency in sourcing candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, databases, and other recruitment platforms.
• Ability to understand job descriptions, assess candidate suitability, and present relevant profiles to the Hiring Manager.
• Strong communication, negotiation, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requirements, prioritize workloads, and deliver results within defined timelines.
• A target-driven mindset with a strong focus on recruitment quality and candidate experience.
