Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Collection Recovery Executive to manage outstanding payments, follow up with customers, and ensure timely recovery of overdue amounts. The candidate should have good communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
Key Responsibilities
Contact customers through phone calls, WhatsApp, and visits to recover overdue payments.
Follow up with customers regarding pending bills, and outstanding dues.
Maintain daily collection records and update payment status.
Coordinate with the accounts and sales teams regarding pending payments.
Resolve customer queries related to outstanding balances and payment schedules.
Prepare daily and monthly collection reports.
Achieve assigned collection and recovery targets.
Maintain professional relationships with customers and ensure timely payment collection.
Escalate long-pending or disputed payments to the reporting manager.
Follow company policies and ethical collection practices.
Required Skills
Good verbal communication and negotiation skills.
Strong follow-up and customer-handling skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and record management.
Ability to work under pressure and achieve collection targets.
Good problem-solving and time-management skills.
Qualification & Experience
Education: 12th Pass / Graduate in any stream.
Experience: experienced candidates can apply.
Experience in collections, recovery, banking, finance, or loan recovery will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
